How to make the die of wood chip pellet mill last longer? First, clean the oil regularly

Those who have processed wood chip pellets know that after the end of production every day, oil should be used to replace the wood chips left in the die hole. Here to remind you, if the die is not used for more than a month, it is recommended to take out the oil inside the die, so the oil will gradually harden during the long period of storage, thus making it difficult to clear the next use, which will seriously affect the subsequent use of the die.

Second, long time do not need to clean the mold
If you don't use the mold and press wheel for a long time, it is recommended to clean the mold after removing it and then store it. Mainly clean the particles inside the mold and attached to the surface of the mold sawdust. On the one hand, this will prevent the particles from hardening and difficult to remove due to long time storage, on the other hand, because the sawdust has water absorption, if the surface of the sawdust is not removed, it may accelerate the corrosion of the mold surface.
