About Fuel Pellet Machine
Biomass fuel pellet machine is mainly used to convert biomass materials into solid fuel through mechanical extrusion molding technology. There are many types of pellet machines on the market, but the basic structure is similar, mainly composed of main machine, screw feeder, dust collector, feed port and slag discharge port, transmission system, electronic control system and auxiliary facilities.
The main machine is driven by a reduction motor or a frequency conversion motor through a coupling to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the elastic sleeve transmits the force to the roller bearing in the roller bearing seat. The extrusion force between the rolling body and the roller causes the material to be fed into the die hole and formed into the required shape. Finally, the fastening bolts in the roller bearing seat are loosened and the pressure is removed under the action of the unloading screw and spring to complete a working cycle.
According to different needs, different specifications of main machine models can be equipped, such as single-stage (one main machine with a set of molds), double-stage or multi-stage. The two-stage type is the mainstream model, with large output and stable performance, moderate price, and is widely used in the market.
