In addition, check whether the power cord, plug, etc. are damaged or aged, and replace them in time if necessary. For wearing parts such as ring dies, rollers, cutters and drive shafts, they should also be checked regularly and adjusted or replaced in time.

Feed pellet machines require regular professional maintenance and care. This includes regular replacement of wearing parts, such as belts, etc., as well as regular refueling, oil change, lubrication and other maintenance work. The bearings of the pressure wheel and transmission part should be cleaned regularly and filled with high-temperature resistant grease. The gear box should be cleaned and maintained at regular intervals. If it gets hot, it can be solved by replacing high-quality gear oil or adjusting the gear clearance.

If the feed pellet machine is not used for a long time, dust prevention measures should be taken, such as covering the machine with cloth or film to prevent dust from entering and affecting the performance of the machine. At the same time, the machine should be stored in a dry and clean room to avoid moisture and corrosion.
