Supplementary Extruder Machine

Feed extruder is a kind of equipment specially used for processing feed. Through the action of high temperature and high pressure, the surface of feed is heated and partially evaporated. The expansion force generated makes the feed expand, increasing the taste and nutritional value of the feed.
Before using the feed extruder, the equipment should be checked to confirm that all parts are firmly connected and the electrical part is flexible to rotate manually. Then operate according to the use regulations and procedures of the feed extruder.
After soaking the prepared feed for a short time, add it evenly to the feed inlet of the feed extruder. Be careful not to add too much feed.
According to different types of feed, set the control parameters in the feed extruder, such as temperature, oil pressure, steam pressure, etc. Operate according to experience or equipment manual.
