Feed machinery
The main machine of the feed machinery is mainly composed of feeding, mixing, granulating, transmission and lubrication systems. Its working process requires that the mixed powder with a water content of no more than 15% enters the feeding auger from the hopper, and obtains the appropriate material flow by adjusting the speed of the stepless speed regulating motor, and then enters the agitator, and is stirred by the stirring rod and mixed with steam for conditioning. If molasses or grease needs to be added, it is also added from the mixing drum to condition together with the steam. The amount of grease added generally does not exceed 3%, otherwise it is difficult to form. After conditioning, the temperature of the mixed powder can reach 64-85℃, and the humidity can reach 14-16%. Then it passes through the chute through the optional iron absorption device to remove iron impurities mixed in the powder, and finally enters the pressing chamber for granulation.
