New Product Feed Extruder

1. Open the control panel and select the corresponding program according to the type of drying material.
2. Load the material into the hopper and open the feed valve, and feed the material into the extruder through the feeder.
3. The extruder starts to heat and rotate, and the material is expanded by heating.
4. The expanded material flows into the discharge port and closes the feed valve.
5. Clean and maintain the equipment to ensure the hygiene and stability of the equipment.

1. The equipment needs to be cleaned before and after operation.
2. Regularly maintain and service the extruder, such as cleaning the accumulated water inside the equipment, cleaning the inlet and outlet, etc.
3. Implement the equipment maintenance and service plan. Include the equipment maintenance plan in daily work, check the equipment for wear, looseness and other problems in time, and repair and replace them.
