1. Equipment pre-inspection
Operators should pre-inspect the equipment before starting it to check whether all parts are operating normally, such as the voltage, current, electrical faults of electrical equipment, oil and lubrication of mechanical parts, etc.
2. Start-up
Start the equipment according to the startup procedure of the equipment to confirm whether the equipment starts normally. If any abnormality is found, the equipment should be stopped for inspection in time.
3. Adding materials
Put the puffed raw materials into the equipment. Be careful not to put too much or too little, so as not to affect the working efficiency of the equipment and product quality.
4. Adjust the temperature
The puffing equipment requires a suitable temperature range to work. The operator should make reasonable temperature adjustments according to the type of product produced and the characteristics of the raw materials.
5. Discharging
When the equipment completes processing, the product is discharged through the discharging port. The discharging speed should be moderate to ensure the quality of the product.
6. Cleaning the equipment
After the equipment is used, it should be thoroughly cleaned in time to maintain the hygiene and life of the equipment.
