Production line process of flat die wood pellet machine
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%;
3. if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;Put the dried material into feeding inlet of pellet machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the pellets from the dried material without any additive by the pellet machine;
