The working principle of the peanut shelling machine is that the peanuts are fed manually and fall into the coarse grain screen first. Due to the rotation of the grain screen and the rubbing force between the fixed grain bars and the concave plates, the peanut shells are peeled off. The separated peanut kernels and shells fall through the grid at the same time, and then most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind through the air duct, while the peanut kernels and a part of the unpeeled peanut small fruits fall into the gravity sorting screen together. After heavy screening, the peanut kernels go up from the separation screen surface and flow into the sack through the material port, while the unpeeled peanuts (small fruits) go down from the screen surface and flow into the elevator through the discharge port, and then are sent to the fine grain screen by the elevator for secondary shelling, and then are screened and sorted through the gravity separation screen to achieve complete shelling.

Shelling in winter. Before shelling, spray about 10kg of warm water evenly on 50kg of peeled fruit, cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry in the sun for about 1 hour before shelling. In other seasons, cover with plastic film for about 6 hours, and the rest is the same.
You can soak the drier peanuts (peeled fruit) in a large pool, take them out immediately after soaking and cover with plastic film for about 1 day, then dry in the sun, and start shelling when the dryness and wetness are appropriate.
