The impeller inside the coal bar extruder adopts thickened blade design, and the impeller and the lining plate inside the barrel are made of wear-resistant fine casting material, the life span of which is 4-5 times higher than that of ordinary materials; the coal bar outlet in the head is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, which is easy to replace. The head and cylinder adopt the form of stranded connection, which can be opened when overhauling, and it is very convenient to replace the inner impeller and cylinder liner.
