This is a Briquette Making Press Machine. The machine adopts good quality carbon steel, the service life over 10 years. The material can be various biomass, like palm kernel, peanut shell, branch, logs, etc. The material size must less than 5mm. If the material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement. Besides the material size must less than 5mm, the moisture of the material should be 12%. Too wet or too dry will cause a bad forming effect. If your material moisture over 12%, we have a sawdust drying machine. After crushing, the material was delivered to the drying machine, then it was sent to the forming machine.
Briquette Press can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine, the raw materials is compressed under high tempreture and pressure by the screw extruding. With the intrinsic attributes of the wood materials, under high pressure, wood element in wood materials becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combined, and then stick solid fuel is formed through the moulding tube.
