The Biomass briquette making machine raw material can be stalk, straw , sawdust, coconut shell, rice hust, rice stalk, tree branch and so on. The final wood briquettes can be used as the fuel of boiler or the material to make charcoal.

Raw materials: 

they are some agro-forestry wastes and biomass wastes, such as sawdust, crop straw, wood branches, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, corncob and so on. The raw materials diameter should be below 3-5mm, and the moisture should be 8%-12%. 

Working principle : using screw propeller's high pressure and heating ring's high temperature, compress and extrude loose biomass into high density and small  volume wood briquettes.

Finished wood briquettes  are hollow quadrangular, hexagonal or cylindrical 50-80 mm diameter rod shape, with 15-20 mm hole in it. It can used as fuel, boiler heating, cooking, and other field.  Especially after carbonized, not only it has long burning time, but also smokeless, smelless, clean, widely used in barbecue market.

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
