Pellet briquetting machine is mainly used for mineral tailings treatment and pressing powdery materials which are difficult to be shaped, which is characterized by high molding pressure, adjustable speed of main machine, and screw feeding device.
It is transmitted to the reducer through the belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the drive shaft through the coupling, and then a pair of open gears to ensure the synchronization of the two rolls (constant speed reversal).
The storage bin enters the molding hopper uniformly through the dosing equipment. In this way, the unit molding pressure of the material goes from small to large, and the molding pressure reaches the maximum value on the connecting line in the center of a pair of rollers.
After the material passes through this line, the molding pressure decreases rapidly, so that the material enters the de-balling state and de-balls smoothly.
