Before into the dryer machine,the diameter of your wood material Should be less than 3mm.if your wood material can not meet this require,you should use a crusher.

Airflow Sawdust Dryer:

Too high moisture content in your sawdust will make your wood briquette production failed, so this machine can help you make the crushed material from 35-50% to 8%-12%.

Functions and Usage

Use the wood crusher to crush wood into sawdust;

Then use the wood crusher again to break the charcoal into powder;

Working Principle

Use one screw conveyor to send the wet sawdust into the airflow drying tube continuously. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going through the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
