Equipment maintenance
After the feed pellet machine is shut down, it should be cleaned first. Turn off the power and disconnect the power cord, clean the inside and outside of the equipment with clean water or detergent, and pay special attention not to soak the electrical parts in water. At the same time, thoroughly clean the dust, impurities and residual materials inside the equipment to avoid affecting the next use.
Regular inspection is an important step in maintaining the feed pellet machine. Check whether the equipment has loose nuts, bolts, etc., and tighten them in time. At the same time, check whether the transmission part is normal and whether lubricating oil needs to be added. In addition, check whether the power cord, plug, etc. are damaged or aged, and replace them in time if necessary. For wearing parts such as ring dies, rollers, cutters and drive shafts, they should also be checked regularly and adjusted or replaced in time.
