Working Principle: It uses a screw propeller to compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. Under high pressure and temperature, the natural lignin inside biomass material will be released and act as binder to combine particles to briquette with high density. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal, quadrangular or as your requirement. After the tremendous pressure of this machine, the rods have certain intensity,high density, stable performance, which makes the final product easy to transport and convenient to store.
